Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business and user requirements for software systems and innovation projects.
• Translate requirements into user stories and collaborate with developers for implementation.
• Work closely with stakeholders and the Product Owner to manage project scope, schedule, and expectations.
• Support test planning, UAT coordination, and ensure successful user acceptance.
• Drive process improvements and manage change requests to enhance business operations.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and communication materials.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog, escalating issues when necessary.
• For smaller projects, act as Product Manager, supporting project proposals, funding justification, and stakeholder management.
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices are integrated throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst in software development projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and user story creation.
• Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodologies and working with Product Owners and development teams.
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting test case development.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Visio is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure software development lifecycle is preferred.
