Product Manager (Digital Platforms)

Job Highlights

• Salary up to $7,000
• Location: Central, North East
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 6.00PM
• 1 Year Contract (Renewable / Convertible)

JobResponsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of digital products from discovery, development,launch to post-launch improvements
• Engage stakeholders, users, and domain experts to identify pain pointsand translate them into clear problem statements
• Develop product strategies, business cases, and value propositionsaligned with organisational goals
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure productsuccess and identify areas for improvement
• Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritising initiatives based onbusiness impact and feasibility
• Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to deliver user-centricsolutions and ensure smooth implementation
• Support product testing, including functional and user acceptancetesting, to ensure quality delivery
• Oversee product launches and continuously refine features based on userfeedback and performance data
• Drive user engagement, onboarding, and adoption initiatives

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, ProjectDelivery, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing digital or technology-based products across the full lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Ability to define metrics and use insights to guide decision-making
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in afast-paced environment
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), CBAP/CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
• Educational background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Product Management, or related disciplines
