Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate deployment of security officers across multiple sites in collaboration with the Operations team.
Manage Quick Response Team (QRT) and relief officer deployment schedules.
Take daily shift attendance to ensure all officers report on site.
Track and report incidents or accidents at sites in the digital logbook.
Respond promptly to ad-hoc incidents and ensure timely resolution.
Perform other operational or administrative tasks as assigned.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Google Spreadsheet.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in security operations, command centre, or related field.
Ability to work rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and public holidays).
