Job Title: Elastic Certified Team Lead (Contract, up to $10,000)

Location: Central

Job Description:

Lead the design and deployment of Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) solutions.
Manage and operate Elastic infrastructure.
Possess relevant training on products or product cert in proposed solution.
Manage and mentor a team of deployment engineers.
Ensure best practices in implementation, configuration, performance tuning, and security
Validate and maintain required certifications prior to submission/interview.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable observability solutions.
Provide troubleshooting and performance optimization support.
Performs operational tasks to resolve all incidents/requests in a timely manner and within the agreed SLA.
Identifies, investigates, analyses issues and errors prior to or when they occur, and logs all such incidents in a timely manner.
Captures all required and relevant information for immediate resolution.
Executes changes with clear identification of risks and mitigation plans to be captured into the change record.

Job Requirements:

Certifications in Elastic and Logstash (Mandatory).
5 years of experience in IT, 3 years of experience using observability tool to conduct deployment.
Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a team of deployment engineers.
Solid hands-on experience in Elastic (Elasticsearch) and Logstash.
Strong experience in Nutanix platform.
Strong experience in observability tool deployment and implementation.
Experience in designing, configuring, and optimizing Elastic Stack solutions.
Ability to provide technical guidance and training on proposed products/solutions.
