Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into actionable solutions that drive business outcomes. 

Working Location: WEST

Job Type: Contract (Annual Renewal)

Salary Package: Up to $7,000 (BASIC)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business teams to identify business needs using human-centric and visual methods such as service journeys.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Assist in the design and implementation of process improvements and digital solutions.
• Conduct data analysis, create reports, and support decision-making processes.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Support project delivery by tracking requirements, managing change, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in Agile methodology.
• Familiarity with business process modeling and requirement management tools
• Possess understanding of UX design, web functions, standards, and web application development (including security principles, session management, and best practices).
