Engineer

Job Description & Requirements • Assist in carrying out building and structural inspections in compliance with BCA periodic inspection requirements. • Prepare inspection reports, technical reports, and photographic documentation. • Assist in preparing method statements, work procedures, and risk assessments. • Support the Project Manager in daily operations for maintenance and small-scale construction works. • Supervise and coordinate site activities, including repair, rectification, and minor construction works. • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth work progress. • Monitor work quality, progress, and compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements. • Attend site inspections, meetings, and progress reviews. • Assist in preparing progress reports, material submissions, and site records. • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
