• In this strategic leadership role, you will drive the development of annual business plans and medium-to-long-term operational strategies to ensure sustainable profitability and growth.
• Lead the operations department to ensure efficient store performance and alignment with overarching company goals.
• Oversee the full P&L for all local outlets, managing annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts to meet revenue and cost targets.
• Enhance operational efficiency by improving workflows, resource allocation, and internal processes across all locations.
• Champion a high-performance culture through the leadership, coaching, and mentorship of store management teams.
• Manage strategic relationships with external vendors and lead contract negotiations to secure optimal terms for the business.
skills and experience required.
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in operations management, ideally within the food service sectors.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership capacity with a proven track record of managing large-scale teams.
• Strong expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach to driving operational excellence.
