Job Description

Location: Singapore (Central) Type: Full-time Arrangement: Remote or Hybrid - must have at least 4 hours overlap with GMT+8 working hours Experience: 2 to 5 years preferred Role Overview You will be responsible for designing end-to-end user experiences across our various products: • Arcade Mobile App (controller pairing, profiles, game discovery) • Web Quests & Rewards Platform (quests, points, rewards redemption) • Internal tools (admin dashboards, campaign systems) Scope of Work Product & UX Design • Design end-to-end user journeys (onboarding → engagement → conversion) • Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, and prototypes • Simplify complex systems (quests, points, rewards, controller settings) into intuitive user experiences • Identify UX gaps and propose improvements proactively UI & Interaction Design • Design clean, modern, and scalable interfaces across mobile and web • Build and maintain design systems (components, patterns, tokens) • Ensure consistency across app, web, and future surfaces Cross-functional Collaboration • Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams • Support developers with design specs, assets, and QA feedback • Participate in product discussions and feature prioritisation Testing & Iteration • Conduct basic usability testing and gather feedback • Iterate designs based on user behaviour and product data • Support QA by validating UX flows and edge cases Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX or product design • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking (not just visuals) • Experience designing for mobile apps and/or web platforms • Proficiency in Figma Bonus Nice to Haves • Interest in gaming, mobile apps, or Web3 ecosystems • Experience designing reward systems, or gamified products • Understanding of interaction design (micro-interactions, states, transitions) • Experience working with developers or shipping real products
