Assistant Project Manager (ACMV)

Responsibilities • To prepare project budget, to source suppliers and subcontractors, oversee and coordinate site activities of projects • To develop design proposals with necessary calculation and compliance, to prepare and submit shop drawings and equipment/material for approval by Consultants and Architects • To prepare and submit as-built drawings and operation maintenance manual, and conduct training for client during handing over of project upon completion • To prepare and submit progress reports, proposals, requirement documentation, and presentations.Manage a team of engineers, supervisors, suppliers, sub-contractors and workers during the execution of the project. • To monitor and follow up on construction progress, to submit progress claims and variation claims till closing of final account • To attend site meetings with Developers, Architects, Consultants & Main contractors Requirements • Possess Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent • Minimum 5 years relevant ACMV/HVAC experience in a local construction environment • Previous experience in General Building Works / M&E services will be an added advantage • Possess good knowledge and experience in engineering design for ACMV system • Well-versed in the installation of ACMV equipment's chillers, AHU, VRV and split units and MV systems • Able to lead independently with strong analytical, interpersonal & communicate skills with the ability to build good relationships with all parties
