Product Manager(App Life Cycle & AI Native)

📌 The Role:

You will be the "CEO of the Product," owning the entire lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and long-term maintenance. You aren't just a requirement writer; you are a problem solver who uses AI to accelerate workflows and ensures that every pixel serves a purpose.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the product roadmap, managing the full lifecycle of mobile applications (iOS/Android) from initial concept to global launch and post-launch optimization.

• Design Collaboration: Act as the bridge between vision and reality. You must have a "design eye" to provide meaningful feedback on UI/UX, ensuring the product is intuitive, beautiful, and user-centric.

• AI Integration: Proactively explore and implement AI technologies (LLMs, Generative AI, etc.) within product features. You should also use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to optimize your own productivity and documentation.

• Technical Synergy: Work closely with our engineering teams to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements. You must be able to speak "Dev" and "Design" fluently.

• Maintenance & Iteration: Monitor App performance, gather user feedback, and lead the maintenance efforts to ensure stability and continuous improvement.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in App Product Management. You’ve successfully shipped at least one App from 0 to 1.

• Design Literate: You are comfortable with Figma/Sketch. You don’t need to be a designer, but you must understand UX principles and have high aesthetic standards.

• AI-Native: You are an early adopter of AI tools. You understand how AI is changing product development and are eager to experiment with it.

• Agile & Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced "studio" environment and can pivot quickly when priorities shift.

• Excellent Communicator: You can manage stakeholders and technical teams with clarity, empathy, and professional assertiveness.

• A personal portfolio or a track record of design-led products.

• Experience in global markets (US/SEA/Europe).

• Hands-on experience with AI prompting, Agent building, or No-code AI tools.
