🎯 What You’ll Do
• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and room cleaning activities
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
• Coordinate room attendants and cleaning staff schedules
• Train and support housekeeping team members
• Manage cleaning supplies, inventory, and housekeeping equipment
• Respond to guest requests and service recovery needs
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments
🧑🔧 Housekeeping Supervisor Focus
• Lead housekeeping team performance and workflow
• Conduct room inspections and quality control checks
• Ensure service standards are consistently met
🛏️ Room Attendant Lead Focus
• Guide room attendants in daily cleaning duties
• Ensure rooms are cleaned efficiently and properly
• Support onboarding and training of new staff
📋 Cleaning Coordinator Focus

✅ What We’re Looking For
• 1–3+ years of experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality operations
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
• Good leadership and team coordination skills (for supervisory roles)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel or service environment
• Basic communication and reporting skills
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Must be eligible to work in Singapore
