Job Description
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
The CFO is responsible for managing all financial activities in a company. This includes planning budgets, forecasting finances, managing risks, and ensuring the company follows rules and regulations. The CFO also handles relationships with investors and key partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the finance and accounting team
- Advise the CEO and leadership team on financial matters
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Support long-term business and financial planning
- Provide insights to help the company meet its goals
- Ensure proper risk management and compliance processes are in place
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Review and improve finance, HR, and IT procedures
