Job Summary
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead engineering operations to drive innovation, optimize processes, and ensure successful project delivery in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to achieve high performance and foster collaboration
- Plan, design, and implement complex engineering projects, ensuring compliance with budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Provide technical guidance to troubleshoot engineering issues and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve engineering challenges and support organizational goals

Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 8 years of managerial or leadership experience in an engineering environment
