Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Relationship Manager / Senior Account Executive / Customer Support professional. The role is based in Singapore, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements. Key responsibilities include managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Additionally, the role includes troubleshooting client issues, providing exceptional customer support, preparing reports on client accounts, and working collaboratively with internal teams to align client needs with organizational goals. Engaging with stakeholders and maintaining strong communication will be a central aspect of this role. Qualifications • Proven experience in client relationship management and customer service • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; attention to detail is essential • Ability to handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using it to manage client interactions • Experience in the life sciences, healthcare, or events industries is an advantage • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
