Assistant Manager (Hospital Operations)

About The Role • Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned service points, including front counter services and administrative processes. • Partner with the Nurse Manager and other stakeholders to resolve operational, system, and process issues. • Collaborate with departments to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience. • Ensure facilities are safe, functional, and patient-friendly. • Drive customer satisfaction through service improvements and innovative initiatives. • Achieve service volume and financial targets by developing and executing business plans with clinical leaders. • Manage budgeting processes, conduct financial reviews with clinical heads, and support new business development. • Lead, supervise, and appraise a team of non-nursing staff; ensure proper onboarding, training, and development. What We Are Looking For • Degree in any discipline, with at least 3 years of work experience (preferably in healthcare). • Experience managing frontline staff (minimum 2 years). • Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Healthcare operations experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
