Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Tech Operations

  • User Support and Feedback Management: Collaborate with internal teams and users to understand system functionality, address issues, and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • System and Feature Enhancements: Assist in creating and implementing solutions to improve fitness tracker performance, app integration, and overall user experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and validations for new features and system enhancements to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Knowledge Base Management: Develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base for common issues and solutions, ensuring efficient access to information.
  • Documentation Management: Consolidate and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures, regularly refining and updating for clarity and relevance.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new features or improvements based on findings.

General Administrative Support

  • Finance-Related Tasks: Process goods receipts, update tracking files, perform data entry, and reconcile budget tracking with financial reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders, including booking venues, sending invitations, and managing logistics.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas and record/distribute accurate meeting minutes for efficient follow-up.
  • General Administration: Provide additional administrative support as needed to assist with the team’s operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Holder of Bachelor's degree
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to improve processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with teams and build stakeholder relationships.
  • A curiosity and enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and knowledge.
