Job Description:

• Designing advanced testing methodology on latest ARM based CPU smartphone products.
• Applying latest testing (DFT) technique, optimizing test coverage on CPU.
• Performing post-silicon binning technique to achieve best possible CPU performance,power, and yield.

Requirement

• Bachelor, Master, PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Good Knowledge of CPU Architecture and Design
• Interest in gaining exposure to real-world IC testing flows on most advanced semiconductor technology node (4nm and below).
• Passionate about optimizing silicon yield and boost CPU performance, power through post silicon proprietary technology.
