IT Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development & Strategy
  Lead the conceptualisation, design, and development of products that support conversion initiatives. Identify user (officer) needs and translate them into practical, effective solutions that enable smooth role transitions.
• Technical Implementation
  Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deploy applications and solutions. Leverage hands-on technical understanding to ensure products are robust, scalable, and aligned with user requirements and conversion goals.
• Stakeholder Management
  Engage cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate product concepts, and ensure alignment with objectives. Maintain clear and consistent communication on progress, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in product management or related roles, with demonstrated ability to develop and launch digital products
• Basic to intermediate experience with engineering workflows and application deployment
• Familiarity with AI-first and vibe-coding approaches to product development
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with defined timelines and deliverables, ideally within the public sector

Core Competencies

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable product solutions
• Versatility across the product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Foundational understanding of software development processes and deployment practices
