1. Commercial Management & Customer Relations

Maintain and develop relationships with key customers, including government agencies and commercial clients
Manage technical sales processes, including client consultations and solution presentations
Lead tender and proposal preparation, including technical and commercial components
Review and negotiate contracts, terms, and project scope
Identify opportunities within the existing customer base for upgrades, service agreements, and replacement systems
Act as primary commercial representative of the company in Singapore

2. Technical Oversight & Support (Hands-on involvement)

Provide technical leadership and support for installed testing and inspection systems
Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration activities when necessary
Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
Serve as technical escalation point for customers and internal team
Provide technical guidance and training to local staff Hands-on involvement is expected, but also supported by the local technical team.

3. Project Coordination & Delivery

4. Operational Management

Lead and supervise the local Singapore team (3 employees)
Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the entity
Coordinate with HQ in The Netherlands regarding technical support, planning, and reporting
Maintain relationships with local suppliers and service providers

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial, technical, or engineering environment
Experience in technical sales, service, or project management
Experience with industrial equipment, testing systems, or capital equipment preferred
Experience managing customers independently in Singapore
Management or leadership experience is advantageous.
Strong technical understanding of industrial or electromechanical systems
Ability to understand and explain technical solutions to customers
Ability to oversee installations, service, and technical operations

Service Delivery Engineering Manager (Contract)
