Operations Executive / Manager

Requirements

• Diploma / Graduate Diploma in Security Management OR degree in Management or equivalent

• Relevant experience in security operations (Ops Manager: 5+ years | Ops Executive: 1–3 years)

• Strong in Operational Management, Leadership, Coaching, Client Handling & Critical Thinking

• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage ground operations effectively

• Preferably experienced in private security agencies

• Class 3/3A driving and PLRD license is mandatory

• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and manage multiple sites/teams

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee assigned security sites across various sectors

• Lead and support a team of Operations Executives and ground officers

• Ensure manpower planning, deployment efficiency, and compliance with regulations

• Maintain strong client relations and ensure service excellence

• Conduct site visits, audits, and performance reviews

• Assist in operational planning, incident management, investigations, and reporting

• Work closely with the Managing Director and senior management on operational matters

* Ops Managers may oversee larger portfolios and strategic operations while
Ops Executives will focus on daily site management and coordination.
