IT Enablement Engineer (JD#10928)

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on IT Enablement Engineer to build automated KRI data pipelines and dashboards while driving impactful projects across IT and operations.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Must have 7+ years of hands-on experience in automation, system integration, and data engineering;
• Strong experience in ETL pipeline development and optimisation on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, Glue);
• Must have 3–5 years of data analysis experience with strong SQL skills;
• Proficient in designing interactive Power BI dashboards with good UX principles;
• Experienced with REST APIs and extracting data from systems like ServiceNow, Tenable, and SharePoint;
• Programming and scripting expertise: Python, Unix Shell, PowerShell;
• Experience building DevSecOps pipelines and working with data quality tools/frameworks;
• Skilled in statistical analysis and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau);
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for applications/tools;
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices, IT standards, security, and governance;
• Strong communicator, bridging technical teams and business/operations users.

Desired Skill-set

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Take full ownership and drive tasks end-to-end;
• Able to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams;
• Effective prioritization with ability to meet committed deadlines;
• Certifications would be a plus: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, AWS Certified Data Engineer, Redhat Ansible Certification. 

Responsibilities

• Experience working with SDLC methodologies including requirement analysis, design, development, testing and deployment;
• Work with different team (IT and business users), gather/validate requirements and data points/facts, coordinate testing, perform testing and validate test result together with user;
• Prepare functional and technical specification, including design document and testing plan;
• Assist in coordinate with internal teams (Infra, App, Security, Ops, PMO) to ensure alignment on deliverables;
• Good knowledge and understanding of ITIL processes, IT Operations (eg : ITSM, ITAM, PAM, Asset Discovery, CMDB, DevSecOps, Observability).
