Principal/Senior Engineer

Job Description:

• To act as an expert consultant for manufacturing automation system.
• Lead, design and implement ITOT & automation systems and solutions for Company's batch manufacturing environment.
• Manage ITOT and automation software development projects from design to
• implementation for new automation systems and expansion to existing ITOT.
• Provide expert support and guidance for operational issues and improvements related to ITOT and automation systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in ITOT and manufacturing automation within a batch manufacturing environment (pharma/biotech experience preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience with automation systems (e.g., SCADA, PLC, DCS, MES).
• Experience in leading automation or ITOT projects end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of system integration, industrial networks, and automation architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, GMP environment).
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing (Industry 4.0).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices in ITOT environments.
