Job Description
Responsibilities
• Executing and managing the development of design concepts through to final production for the hotel’s marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, photoshoots, videos, and other print and digital collateral.
• Collaborating closely with internal departments to provide creative support for branding and marketing initiatives.
• Overseeing, scheduling, and executing content updates (including photos and videos) across all digital and in-room platforms.
• Handle project coordination and administrative processes, including briefs, approvals, timelines, and vendor management.
• Ensuring brand consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines across ATL and BTL communications.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure brand compliance across all touchpoints.
Requirements
• The incumbent should possess a relevant qualification in Visual Communication or a related discipline, with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant applications is required, along with familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience in photography and videography, with a keen eye for detail in creative shoots, will be an advantage.
• The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and self-driven, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
