Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the project activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work program
• Liaising with authorities, client's representatives, sub-contractors and consultants.
• Coordinate with all parties and support site construction progress
• Responsible for planning of manpower schedule
• Manage subcontractors to ensure quality and scope of work is in accordance to drawings, specifications and design and ensure timely completion of their scope of works
• Ensure that all corrective action or preventive action is implemented effectively and quality records are properly maintained
• Assist in monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports
• Resolving any technical difficulties and problems that may arise on site
• Provide technical advice and resolutions on general issues of M&E installation in Buildings
• Other ad-hoc project duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor/ management
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Must have relevant Mechanical working experience
• Working experience in construction background is an advantage.
• Meticulous with a pleasant disposition and good interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive personality and good team player
• Able to multi-task and work with tight schedules
