We are looking for a Level 1 IT Support Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to provide first-level technical support and ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, test, and repair computing equipment and peripherals
• Perform start-up and commissioning of systems at customer sites
• Manage incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution
• Handle access management and change requests according to company policies
• Prepare and maintain documentation of service reports and maintenance activities
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support
• Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and basic networking
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Work Arrangement
• Primary location: Chinatown Point or Goldhill Plaza
• Occasional visits to 6 Marsiling Lane office
