Job Description

  1. Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
  2. Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  3. Act as a bridge between customers and internal technical teams
  4. Support pre-sales and post-sales activities with the sales team
  5. Prepare technical documents such as proposals, reports, and implementation plans
  6. Gather customer requirements and provide feedback to product/R&D teams
  7. Participate in technical discussions, demos, and presentations
  8. Handle support tickets and ensure timely resolution

Requirements:

  1. Singaporeans and SPR are welcome to apply. We have not got much foreign quota.
  2. Basic knowledge of cloud computing, DevOps, Kubernetes or containers
  3. Good communication skills (technical & non-technical)
  4. Able to work independently and in a team
  5. Strong problem-solving mindset
