Finance Manager – Singapore
CMIA Capital Partners ishiring a Finance Manager to support group and project finance for itsmajor mixed township development in Ho Chi Minh City.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare management accounts, budgets, forecasts and variance analyses.
- Support funding drawdowns, bank reporting and cashflow management.
- Coordinate audits, tax compliance and statutory filings across entities.
- Strengthen processes, systems and controls as the project scales.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional qualification a plus.
- 5–8 years’ experience in finance/accounting; real estate or investment background preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency and familiarity with consolidation.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, growth environment.
