Job Description & Requirements
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, performing variance analysis and reconciliations.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting functions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury).
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with local regulations, coordinating with external auditors for audits.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate work.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Monitor organizational spending and assist in creating, monitoring, and updating budgets.
- Process Improvement: Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and internal controls to improve efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Accounting Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Accountant.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
