Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support QMS improvement across departments to ensure compliance with IATF requirements.
  • Review batch release activities for production, approve records.

  • Promote awareness of Quality Policy, Objectives, and Customer Specific Requirements.

  • Verify and manage CAPA for quality issues, ensure effectiveness of corrective actions.

  • Update and ensure compliance with CSR, provide training to employees.

  • Develop and review IATF/ISO procedures and Quality-related instructions.

  • Manage MOC for critical parameter changes and audits (customer , internal, supplier).

  • Conduct IATF/ISO Internal Audits, report nonconformities, and suggest improvements.

  • Assist customer complaint investigation & support audits in quality issues

  • Diploma in any Engineering with 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949
