Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive B2B SaaS Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success—to deliver high-value features, integrations, and implementations to our business clients. The ideal candidate is adept at balancing technical, product, and business goals within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Management: Lead end-to-end project execution, from initial scoping and requirement gathering to final deployment and post-launch review.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the central liaison between technical teams (Engineering, QA), design (UI/UX), and business teams (Sales, Success) to ensure alignment.
• Agile Facilitation: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban), including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demo sessions.
• Customer Implementation: Oversee client implementation projects, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption of the SaaS platform.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure project goals align with company KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction, ARR).
• Resource & Timeline Optimization: Define project scope, allocate resources, and manage schedules to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience: 3–6 years of full-time experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Technical PM, preferably within a B2B product company.
• SaaS Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of cloud-based technology, APIs, and the SaaS business model.
• Agile Methodology: Strong hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to manage dependencies, resolve bottlenecks, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities. Churn Assassin +2

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or PSM.
• Start-up Experience: Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC).
