Project Manager

Job Summary

Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards while coordinating teams and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects from initiation to handover, delivering on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, and monitor progress continuously
• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure efficient and smooth execution of tasks
• Oversee daily project operations to ensure compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and contractual requirements
• Control project costs and budgets, including managing claims and related expenses
• Conduct project inspections and implement quality control measures to maintain construction standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders by attending coordination meetings and resolving project issues
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect schedule, cost, and quality objectives
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and provide regular updates to management on project status
