Legal Counsel

This is a business-facing position with a fast-growing international platform, where you’ll be closely partnering with leadership on commercial contracts, corporate matters, and regional expansion initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g. client, payment, liquidity provider, and outsourcing agreements) • Manage the full lifecycle of contracts including execution, amendments, renewals, and termination • Act as a legal business partner, providing practical and commercially sound advice to internal stakeholders • Advise on corporate governance, group structure, and day-to-day legal matters across jurisdictions • Support legal aspects of IT, data protection, and privacy-related matters Key Requirements • Qualified lawyer (LLB or equivalent), admitted in a common law jurisdiction (e.g. SG, UK, US, HK) • Minimum 5+ years PQE, with experience in law firms and/or in-house (fintech, trading, or financial services preferred) • Strong experience in commercial contracts and business-facing legal support • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (builder mindset) • Strong English communication skills; Mandarin is advantageous but not mandatory Regrettably, only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
