Job Description
Join a leading main contractor on hands-on civil infrastructure projects. This individual contributor role involves managing VOs, EOTs, claims, final accounts, and directly liaising with LTA and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact for all contract matters with client (LTA) and subcontractors
• Prepare, submit, and manage Variation Orders (VO), Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and contractual correspondence
• Track and follow up on variation claims, certifications, and approvals
• Support project teams on contract compliance, cost control, and risk management
• Assist in final account preparation and settlement
• Maintain accurate and organized contract documentation
• Handle subcontractor claims, negotiations, and disputes
Requirements
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• 5–10 years of main contractor experience, ideally on civil construction projects
• Hands-on experience in VO, EOT, claims, contract administration, and final accounts
• Experience working on LTA / government infrastructure projects preferred
• Confident in liaising directly with clients and subcontractors
• Able to work independently on-site and manage multiple tasks across projects
• Experience with multi-million-dollar projects is highly desirable
