Job Overview
We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Lecturer/Trainer to deliver lessons in Digital Marketing, Business, and Technology-related modules within our Foundation and Higher Diploma programs. The ideal candidate will guide students through both theoretical concepts and practical applications, equipping them with industry-relevant skills in digital marketing, business strategy, analytics, and emerging technologies. This role requires strong teaching capability and hands-on experience with modern marketing tools and digital platforms.

• Facilitate Higher Diploma modules, covering advanced topics such as:
• Digital Marketing
• Content Marketing & Video
• Marketing Automation & CRM Applications
• Omni Commerce Campaign
• Marketing Venture Creation
• Solution Sales
• Generative AI
• Agile Project Management
• Business Analytics
• Low Code App Development
• Programming Foundations
• Guide students in hands-on learning activities, projects, and case studies to reinforce practical skills.
• Mentor students through the Capstone Project – Digital Marketing, integrating knowledge across modules.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, AI tools, and business technologies and incorporate them into lessons.
• Provide feedback, evaluate student performance, and support learners in achieving learning outcomes.
• Contribute to curriculum improvement and ensure training materials remain aligned with industry standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (Master’s or higher qualifications preferred).
• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing tools, Marketing Automation platforms, and Generative AI applications.
• Solid understanding of Business Analytics, CRM systems, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in teaching, lecturing, or corporate training in Digital Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.
• ACTA or ACLP certification is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and mentor learners.
