Job Description
• Review the existing training deck and understand its learning goals, audience, and structure
• Transform the content into a Train-the-Trainer version
• Ensure the TTT version supports trainers in delivering sessions that are consistent, engaging, and aligned with adult learning principles
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on tone, content delivery, and regional considerations if needed
Requirements
• Proven experience as a trainer or L&D professional with a track record of developing Train-the-Trainer materials
• Strong understanding of facilitation techniques, adult learning principles, and learner engagement strategies
• Experience working on training programs in healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, life sciences, or clinical engagement is a plus
• Ability to structure and simplify complex content for effective trainer delivery
• Proficiency in PowerPoint or equivalent presentation tools
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
