Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Executive role based in Singapore with 5 days work week. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth business processes, and improving overall operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include logistics coordination, and collaboration across departments to meet business objectives and service standards.
Key Responsibility
Operations Coordination
Monitor workflows to ensure that they run smoothly, resolving operational issues such as delays in delivery or discrepancies promptly.
Management of warehouse team manpower to ensure efficient operations.
Documentation & Compliance
Ensure that all supply chain transactions are properly documented and filed to support internal and external audits, maintaining strict compliance with healthcare regulatory standards.
Document and report any logistics incidents such as accidents, stock damage or delivery delays and file the necessary reports for management reviews.
Process Improvement & Reporting
Ensure all supply chain processes meet legal requirements, safety standards and company SOPs.
Propose and implement continuous improvements to work processes.
Qualifications
• Operations and Operations Management skills, with the ability to handle logistics, inventory, and supply chain processes efficiently.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize workflows, and improve operational performance.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with operations management software is a plus.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage.
• Relevant educational qualifications, such as a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
